Chinese Beijing Chicken Recipe.


Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken (3D squares) ½ kg 
  • Egg half 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Corn flour 1 ½ tbsp 
  • Oil 1 tbsp 
  • Oil for profound broiling 
  • Garlic, ground 1 tbsp 
  • Ginger, ground 1 tbsp 
  • Green chilies opening 3 
  • Soya sauce 4 tbsp 
  • Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp 
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp 
  • Dark colored sugar 1 tsp 
  • Carrot, diced and whitened 1 medium 
  • Cabbage, diced half 
  • Green peas, bubbled ½ container 
  • Spring onions, hacked 3 – 4 
  • Broiled peanuts 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Blend egg, chicken, salt and corn flour in a bowl and put aside to marinate. 
  2. Warm oil and profound broil the chicken 3D shapes till brilliant and fresh. 
  3. Deplete on spongy paper. 
  4. Warm one tablespoon oil in another dish, include garlic and ginger and sauté till fragrant. 
  5. Include green chilies, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar and dark colored sugar and sauté. 
  6. Include carrot, cabbage, green peas, spring onions and peanuts and hurl to blend. 
  7. Include the broiled chicken 3D shapes, salt and blend well. Serve hot
