Easy Coconut Cupcakes.


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 glass flour 
  • 1 glass sugar 
  • 1/2 tsp heating powder 
  • Squeeze of salt 
  • 1/2 glass chipped coconut 
  • 8 oz margarine 
  • 1/2 glass harsh cream 
  • 3 eggs 
  • 1 tsp vanilla quintessence 
  • 1/2 tsp coconut quintessence 
  • For icing 
  • 4 oz margarine 
  • Icing sugar 1 glass 
  • 1 tsp vanilla quintessence 
  • 1/2 tsp coconut quintessence

Method:

  1. Preheat stove on 180 place liners in cupcake plate beat margarine and sugar till light and smooth include eggs one by one with pith include flour and sourcream slowly crease in 1/2 of the coconut pour in the cupcake cases heat for 20-25 mins 
  2. Beat every one of the fixings till thick once cupcake heated convey to room temp 
  3. Plunge in icing sprinkle staying half chipped coconut and serve
