Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken (3D squares) ½ kg 
 
- Egg half 
 
- Salt to taste 
 
- Corn flour 1 ½ tbsp 
 
- Oil 1 tbsp 
 
- Oil for profound broiling 
 
- Garlic, ground 1 tbsp 
 
- Ginger, ground 1 tbsp 
 
- Green chilies opening 3 
 
- Soya sauce 4 tbsp 
 
- Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp 
 
- Vinegar 1 tbsp 
 
- Dark colored sugar 1 tsp 
 
- Carrot, diced and whitened 1 medium 
 
- Cabbage, diced half 
 
- Green peas, bubbled ½ container 
 
- Spring onions, hacked 3 – 4 
 
- Broiled peanuts 2 tbsp
 
 
 
Method:
- Blend egg, chicken, salt and corn flour in a bowl and put aside to marinate. 
 
- Warm oil and profound broil the chicken 3D shapes till brilliant and fresh. 
 
- Deplete on spongy paper. 
 
- Warm one tablespoon oil in another dish, include garlic and ginger and sauté till fragrant. 
 
- Include green chilies, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar and dark colored sugar and sauté. 
 
- Include carrot, cabbage, green peas, spring onions and peanuts and hurl to blend.
