Ingredients:
- Boneless Fish 500-750 gms
 
- Salt ¼ tsp
 
- Red Chili (crushed) ½ tsp
 
- Black Pepper (crushed) ¼ tsp
 
- Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp
 
- Orange Peeled 1 tsp
 
- Orange Sauce 4 tbsp
 
- Oil 4 tbsp
 
- Ingredients For Orange Juice :
 
- Garlic (chopped) 2 cloves
 
- Butter  2 tbsp
 
- Ginger (julienne) 1 tbsp
 
- Spring Onion (sliced) ¼ cup
 
- Red Chili (crushed) 1 tsp
 
- Orange Juice 1 cup
 
- Salt ¼ tsp
 
- Black Pepper (crushed) ¼ tsp
 
 
Method:
- Marinate fish with salt,red chili, black pepper, garlic, orange sauce, orange juice and leave it few minutes.
 
-  Then in a pan, heat oil add fish and grill it.
 
For orange sauce:
 
- Heat oil add garlic and fry.
 
- Now add orange juice,salt, black pepper and red chili.
 
- When boil comes add spring onion.
