ACHARI CHICKEN BOTI.


Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg 12 pcs
  • Achar masala 2 tbsp cup
  • Achar gosht masala 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 ½ tsp
  • Fennel seeds grinded 1 ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Green chili grinded 1 tbsp
  • Papaya 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin Powder ½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken boti with papaya ginger garlic, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, fennel seeds, salt, achaar masala, achaar gosht masala and all the rest put in a greased oven trey bake on 180 degrees for 35 mins give dum of coal.
