Ingredients:
- Hamburger Mince ½ kg 
 
- Onion 2 Large 
 
- Potatoes (medium) 2 
 
- Green Chilies 6 
 
- Chana Daal 4 tbsp 
 
- Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp 
 
- Eggs 2 
 
- Mint (cleaved) ½ group 
 
- All zest 1 tsp 
 
- Dark Pepper ½ tsp 
 
- Coriander Leaves (cleaved) ½ group 
 
- Red Pepper (pounded) 1 tsp
 
 
Method:
- Cook together meat. 
 
- Ginger garlic glue, salt, daal, onions and potatoes and overflow with 2 mugs water till water gets dry totally. 
 
- Cool include green chilies and mix well, than include all whatever is left of the fixings. 
 
- Blend well. 
 
- Shape the meat into a round shape, cut with donut cutter and broil them on high fire.
